Work was carried out in stages to fit around other arrangements so the timeline was relatively long. Throughout the process they sought feedback, responded to questions and amended the programme to account for changes agreed as the work proceeded. The standard of work was very good – I had selected them with the specific aim of having a high-quality finish and I was not disappointed.
